Appointed manager in May 2010 after a season and a half as assistant to Colin Payne. “Charlie” has had three spells with Hitchin Town, dating back to 1996 when he joined the club from Carshalton. A popular and honest player, Charlie has appeared over 400 times for the club. As a youngster, he played for Fulham and his other clubs include Bedford Town, Cambridge City and Collier Row.
