Born March 27 1987. Martin Bennett started his career with Watford but took a break from football after being released as a youngster. He made his debut for the Canaries on October 20 2007 against Eastbourne Town in the FA Trophy and impressed the Hitchin management to such an extent that by the end of the season he was first choice keeper.
