Luton Town's first team will visit Hitchin Town on Tuesday July 20th to pay tribute to long-serving Hitchin midfielder Ian Scott.
Scott, who has played more than 500 games for Hitchin since joining the club in July 1992, is a former Luton professional.
Luton manager Mike Newell is taking his full squad, including his summer signings.
Hitchin are managed by ex-Luton, Chelsea and England striker Kerry Dixon.
Ian Scott was a key figure in Hitchin's successful side of the early to mid-1990s, which included giant-killing exploits in the FA Cup when Hitchin beat Hereford United in 1994 and Bristol Rovers a year later. As well as playing 500-plus games, he has scored a string of spectacular goals.
The game will be played at Top Field, Fishponds Road, Hitchin, kick-off 7.45pm. Admission price £ 8/ £ 5 for concessions.
