Hitchin Town Under-15s finally ended their victorious 2003-04 season when they won the recent Hitchin Youth five-a-side competition for their age group.
The Under-15s lost just three games in five competitions all season, winning the Royston Crow League Division Two, reaching their league cup final and the county cup quarter final. In addition, they won the Buntingford five-a-sides.
Craig Abbiss, who managed the team, said: "The lads were brilliant all season and they're all looking forward to the challenge of the Under-16 league in 2004-05. It was great to end the season on a high by winning the five-a-sides."
