Bone breaks the record

Jon Bone has broken Hitchin’s appearance record for the Isthmian League. Bone made his 532nd appearance in the Canaries’ game with Sutton United. His team-mate Mark Burke, who has made 531 appearances for the club, was on the bench.
Bone joined the club for the first time in 1986. He has in his third spell with the club after leaving for Baldock in 1991 and Bedford in 2000.
