Salton snaps up Bedford duo

Hitchin Town manager Darren Salton has made a double swoop on Bedford Town and signed striker Chris Dillon and winger Carl Williams.

Salton brings Dillon back to the club after a two year sojourn at Bedford, while Williams will be returning for a third spell with Hitchin.

Salton is delighted at the capture of the two players. “This is exciting for Hitchin Town, it really strengthens our side and the two players are equally enthused about coming back to the club. They were both targets for some time, so I am overjoyed that we have secured them.”
