To all participants, we look forward to welcoming you this weekend (9/10 May) for an exciting tournament!

Some useful information

• Please park in the main car park, off Fishponds Road  (Postcode SG5 1NU)
• Programmes and a fixture list will be available on the gate and someone will be on hand to direct you to the organisers box
• Please hand in your team registration form at the organisers box
• Refreshments will be available all day from the kiosk
• For players only - water bottles can be re-filled at the Kiosk.

Saturday 9th May

Morning session - Under 10's - Please plan to arrive for 8:30am for a 9:00am start.
Afternoon session - Under 11's - Please plan to arrive for 12:30 for a 1pm start.

Sunday 10th May

Morning session - Under 8's - Please plan to arrive for 8:30am for a 9:00am start.
Afternoon session - Under 9's - Please plan to arrive for 12:30 for a 1pm start.

We will do our best to keep timings on track but there may be slight changes on the day.
