Symonds Green U10 v Hitchin Town Tigers U10

The wind was howling and the exposed pitch resembled a quagmire. This was not going to be an easy match for the Tigers, with the second spot up for grabs.

The game was mainly defensive, with some great teamwork by all the players. The only goal of the match came in the first 10 minutes from Jack, after a cross in from Oliver.

The freezing wind saw a few red legs from blocking shots, but the Tigers were keen spirited and determined not to loose their early lead.
