Hitchin secured the fist leg of a League and Cup double with a 3-1 win at Sawbridgeworth.
Two early strikes from Charlie Sparks gave the lads a comfortable lead, but Sawbridgeworth pulled a goal back before the break.
A penalty from Junior Morrison mid-way through the second half sealed the victory and the 3 points were enough to clinch the Royston Crow League Division 1 title, successfully defending the "champions" status from Under 16 last season.
