Tournament win for U13s

Hitchin Town Youth Under 13s warmed up for the new Royston Crown Division One campaign with a comfortable tournament win in Bedfordshire.
The boys won all their matches without conceding a single goal.
A league system saw them beat Chiltern League contenders Bedford A and then Bedford B one nil, with the winner coming each time from Adam Hallybone.
This was followed by another one nil victory, this time over Clifton with the goal coming from Ross Maddox. And Ross helped himself to two more goals in the final match, which was a two nil win over Langford.
