Silverware for Hitchin Under 11's

Hitchin Town Under 11's finally ended their long season by winning the prestigious summer tournament held every year at the home of Shefford Saints.
The victory caps a fine season that also saw them win Division Two of the Royston Crow league.
After getting through their group, Hitchin beat highly rated Division One sides Broadhall Youth in the semi and Wymondley Park in the final.
Captain Jake Alderson scored the winner in the final and lifted the cup.
The squad was Luke McCabe; Alfie Dinsey; Ollie Payne; James Smith, Michael Williams; Jake Alderson; Liam Sweeney: Kameron Bethell; Lee Caller; Christian Farrughia and Jake Holbrook.
