In recent games the results have been markedly better than the performances, and it was good to see the lads back to something like their best with a convincing mid-week win.
Charlie Sparks' determination in closing down the 'keeper was rewarded with the opening goal mid-way through the first half, the blocked clearance falling for Charlie to tap in to the empty net.
The second-half was one-way traffic with Junior Morrison adding two goals to his tally, one from the spot, and Callum Winn firing in to the top corner after slick passing cut through the Arrowheads' defence.
With skipper Lee Moulton out through injury, the re-shuffled defence looked solid throughout in what was a good all-round performance.
