Hitchin Town Luton Youth FC U13'S Presentation Evening

Hitchin Town Luton Youth U13's ended their extremely successful season with a Presentation Evening this weekend.  This was highly attended by players, parents, family and friends all to show  support for the boy's hard work all through the year.
 
This was our first season in Division 1 of the Chiltern Windowcraft League, after successfully being promoted last season, and to finish 5th in such a strong league, is a credit to each and every single player.  Winning the Newport Pagnell Tournament recently showed just how far you have come !
 
We took the opportunity to  thank all the parents for all their help on and off the pitch.
 
John Ronald was presented with Beer for all his hard work working alongside Del all season.... we appreciate all you do for the boys

Ian Burke was presented with Beer for all his hard work coaching our Goalkeeper... Many Thanks Ian.

David Morley aka 'NETMAN' was presented with a case of Lager.....which I think he drunk on the night !!!!

Peter Newton aka 'FLAGMAN'  was presented with a case of Beer...... which I also think David Morley drunk !!!!

Kerrie Morley was presented with a gift for all the help she gave with the presentation evening..... Thank You.

Tasha Morley was given a bottle of Vodka and gift for all her help as team physio and all the recent work securing our application to join HTYFC as the U14's for next season.

Sharon Aherne was presented with a bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine for all her hard work as treasuer for the team.  This is an extremely hard job and one we appreciate you do .... Thank you once again 
 
Our team captain Matt Morley presented Derek Burden (Manager) with a gift of appreciation from the team to show how much they appreciate everything he does for them.... you are the best and we are extremely lucky to have you !
 
Trophies were handed out to each and every player for being part of this very special team. You did us all proud this year.... heres looking forward to an even more successful one next season.

On a personal note..... I would like to say a few thank you's to people behind the scenes.  Thank you Denise Milley for all your help and support throughout the year, I dont know what I would have done without you!!!!!!!  Rowena Birdsey, thank you for dealing with all my queries so efficiently... I look forward to our continued interaction. Nick Sopowski for putting up with all my emails.... we appreciate your support thank you.  Andy McKenzie of Beds News... you are a star.
