Sawbridgeworth v Hitchin Town Youth U12's

Our least favourite journey and  our least favourite pitch saw us travel east to Sawbo to play on a full sized pitch on a seriously cold morning.

Hitchin started off bossing the game completely and our passing and switching of play was frankly breathtaking at times.  Sawbo were on the back foot and we deservedly went into the lead with some interchange passing right side of the penalty area which left Tom K to slot home  1-0.

Sawbo clawed their way back into it and the huge full sized pitch meant all the players had to work very hard to cover a large area of ground.  Sam and Tom P at the back were very solid today but a good goal by Sawbo meant that honours were shared.
