SOCCER SEVENS 2010 HOTS UP

There has been an excellent response to the second Soccer Sevens tournament at Top Field on 15/16 May with over twice as many teams as the 2009 event.

On Saturday 15th May, the Under 10 event will see Hitchin's 3 teams pit their skills against 12 other teams from Herts, Beds, Cambs and Essex. The U11 will be a round-robin involving two teams each from Hitchin, FC Comets and Potton. 

Sunday 10th will see 15 teams compete for the U8 and 19 teams battle it out for the U9 title.

Refreshments will be available and St John’s Ambulance will be on hand.

Two days, 55 teams and over 500 youngsters from all over the region - let's hope the weather is as glorious as it was for last year's event.
